JOHN WALVOORD
president@stratmark.com

Dr. Walvoord is uniquely qualified to help both commercial enterprises and not-for-profit organizations reach donors and customers. John studied religion at Southern Methodist University and pursued graduate studies at New York University. He earned a doctorate in theology (Th.D.) from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in psychology from Columbia University. He is a noted nonprofit planner and consultant.
Dr. Walvoord directly touches programs raising over $150 million annually, and builds relationships and co-marketing efforts between nonprofits. He has also founded or co-founded Walvoord Killion McCabe (now KMA Direct Communications), Walvoord Data Systems, Inc. (now Shelby Systems), STRATMARK, Ltd., Response World, Ltd. as well as is7 and ePuerta.
His honors are many, but his key fundraising contribution may be his concept of LifeValue® Marketing as a sophisticated and comprehensive communication protocol, allowing nonprofits to manage long-term value across donor and member life stages. No group sustains high income in today’s changing not-for-profit landscape without these tools.
